Joshua Dishaw - Founder & President
Josh began his career in healthcare in 2001 while completing his bachelor's degree at the State University of New York at Potsdam. He successfully completed his EMT-B course and quickly advanced to complete his advanced level AEMT-CC certification.
After graduation, Josh spent three years as a training officer for a critical care transport agency based out of Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, VT. In 2009 he enrolled in a graduate program while working full-time as the Station Medic for the Potsdam Volunteer Rescue Squad in Potsdam, NY. Upon completion of his master's degree in secondary science education in 2010 he continued to work as the training officer for the Colchester Rescue Squad in Colchester, VT.
Josh has been an American Heart Association Instructor for 20 years, Regional Faculty and Training Center Coordiator for two AHA Training Centers and the RESTART, LLC. Training Site Coordinator since July, 2012. His passion for emergency medicine and desire to help others in need is rivaled only by his love of education.

Meghan Dishaw - Vice President of Public Relations
Meghan joined RESTART as a BLS instructor in December of 2012. After completing her bachelors degree in Communication at Merrimack College in 2008, Meghan volunteered for a year in the Bronx, New York at a homeless shelter. There, she taught pregnant mothers lessons ranging from childbirth and parenting skills to those focused on advancing the mother's educational levels.
Following her year in the Bronx, Meghan's desire to volunteer brought her to Durban, South Africa where, for the next year, she spent her days caring for patients infected with HIV/AIDS and/or Tuberculosis at the Hillcrest AIDS Respite Centre and fell in love with medicine. After returning to the United States, Meghan began working in the Emergency Department at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vermont and has transitioned into a position within the Women's Healthcare/Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility department.
